<1>復習檢查
A復習單詞:復習集中識字中所學本課的9個單詞,老師板書音標,學生試著寫出單詞和漢語意思。然後,教師領讀或聽磁帶,正音。
B復習結構:復習一般現在時,運用所學內容,進行簡單對話。
----Do you often have lunch at 12:00 ?
----Yes, I do ./No, I don』t. Sometimes I have lunch at 11:30.
----Where do you live ?
----I live in Nanyang.
----When do you get up ?
----I often get up at 6:00.
<2>導入新課
觀察圖片,圖片上兩個小朋友分別是東東和露露。
聽錄音,熟悉課文。
教師用角色表演法導入,教師扮演Dongdong,找學生扮Lulu共同表演。邊表演邊理解句子。理解之後,再放錄音,然後逐句放,讓學生跟讀。
<3>操練
1) 將對話分成兩段來學習。
2) 逐段放錄音,學生跟說,較長句子教師適當領讀。
3) 「你問我答」游戲:
全班分成男女兩大組,輪流用「How do you go to …? I usually go to school….」句型進行問答。熟練後,兩人一組自由表演,再叫若干組起來對大家表演。

復述或背誦對話,熟練掌握。
第二課時:Let』s learn.
<1>復習檢查
A復習單詞:老師給出中文,學生寫英文。
B表演「Let』s talk」部分
<2>學習新課
復習學習一些常見交通工具的名稱:bike , car , bus , train , plane ,wlak 等。
准備片語卡片(如:go to school , go home , by bile , by bus…)。
<3>學習本課主題句,並用所給信息內容做練習。

----I usually go to school by bike.
②----How dose he usually go to school ?
----He usually go to school on foot .
教師先講解、領讀例句,讓學生熟練掌握。
<4>操練:
先師生共同本部分圖片內容做練習,再兩人一組學生自由練習。熟練後,教師在課堂上隨便找一男生問 How do you go to school ?該男生回答I go to school by bike.然後,教師問除了該男生以外的全體同學「他怎樣去上學?」,操練「How does he go to school? He goes to school by bike.」。
<5>布置作業
根據圖片內容,把此部分練習寫在作業本上,並上交教師批改,掌握學生學習情況。
第三課時:Read for fun
<1>復習檢查:
A單詞:請學生到黑板前默寫本課重點詞彙。
B復習結構:教師隨機與學生進行下列交際游戲,牢固掌握本課重點。

<2>導入新課
1)放錄音,熟悉課文。教師用漢語簡要介紹故事大意,使學生初步感知小故事。
2)逐句放磁帶,結合圖片,讓學生嘗試翻譯,教師適當指導,並板書重點片語、句型,適當講解其用法。
有關知識要點:
①She goes back to see them every three months. 她每天三個月回去看望他們(一次)。
every three months:每三個月 結構為:every+數字+表示時間的名詞,數字超過一的,後面的名詞用復數形式。
②She doesn』t like travelling by plane.她不喜歡做飛機旅行。
like doing sth.: 喜歡做某事,表示嗜好、習慣;
like to do sth.:喜歡去做某事,突出一次性的喜歡做。
by plane:乘飛機,表示一種交通方式,相當於by air,類似的用法也很多,如:by bike , by car 等。
③This time he asks Helen to take his plane.這一次他讓海倫乘坐他的飛機。
ask sb. to do sth. 要求某人做某事。
④Helen is worried.
該句是主系表結構,形容詞worride作表語。
⑤But Bruce says it is safe to ride in a plane.但是布魯斯說乘飛機很安全。
該句所用句型:It is +adj +to do sth.
⑥At last Helen agrees to go with him.最後海倫同意和他去。
agree to do sth.同意做某事
⑦They get on the plane and Bruce begins go start it.他們上了飛機,布魯斯開始發動機器。
get on:上(火車、飛機等)。
begin to to sth.開始做某事,用法與start 相同。
⑧They look like ants.他們看上去就像是螞蟻。
look like:看起來像,看上去像。
<3>操練:
1)將故事分為若干自然段,以圖為段,逐圖放錄音,學生跟說。
2)在學生流暢閱讀後,進行下一段。
3)叫個別學生站起來朗讀或對話。
教師也可於下課前布置復述練習,讓學生課下練,再上課在找學生進行個別復述。如果復述有困難,教師只要求學生能熟讀課文並根據課文內容回答問題即可。問題如下:

Where does her father and mother live ?
2、Does she like travelling by plane ?
How does she always go home ?
3、Where is Bruse from ?
4、Does Helen agree to go with him ?

教唱「The wheels on the bus.」教師先領讀歌詞,解釋大意,再讓學生邊看歌詞邊聽錄音,然後教師逐句教唱,最後學生跟錄音唱,再跟音樂唱。
<3> Listen and circle.
學生根據所聽錄音,在圖片下的「Yes」和「No」中選擇,所聽內容與圖片一致選「Yes」,不一致選「No」。
