『肆』 舞蹈教程分解動作太難了怎麼學
下高清版本,用慢進放分解。由於你是初學，很多動作是不是做起來不順暢，內這個不容用擔心所有人都是這樣的。我不知道你學的是什麼舞蹈，但是各個舞蹈基本功都很重要，動作是變化的，但是動作是由很多基本動作組成的，基本動作很多是相通的。比如胯部的扭動，胸括的收挺，頭的運動，身體的波浪，以及柔韌性訓練。也就是每節舞蹈課舞蹈老師開始教動作前20分鍾必練的那些看似最簡單的東西，練好這些，做出來動作才不會僵硬停頓，不協調。否則就算強行記住了一套動作也跳不好看，換了一套動作又會很痛苦。
如果你真的愛舞蹈就不要急噪，一步一步，有時只是隨著music 拉一下韌帶都會是一種享受。如果有機會還是要和其他舞者交流。以前我也一個人看視頻學，去年我第一次去上了一節健身會所里的舞蹈課，從此每周都被套住了。很多細節的東西只有看到別人真的跳了，才知道是怎麼回事情,比如說動作的角度,速度.
