『陸』 機械舞的基本動作
機械舞的基本動作：
一.首先掌握舞蹈最基礎步法，這是一種類似於rap步法的腳步——分別以不同腳的腳跟或腳尖交替移步。此步伐要多練，以它可以引申多種步法(像側滑):向左、向右，來回移動；膝蓋打直，或膝蓋大幅度彎曲移動；
二.振肩和扭胯：這兩個動作大家應該都會只是普遍力度和幅度不夠，要不斷在這方面加強訓練。注意扭胯要和其他動作有機的結合在一起，要有一體感。找一個有固定鼓點的音樂(jam, dangerous……)跟著鼓點誇張50%的做動作，反復1-2首歌每次。
三.甩腿：以其為代表的舞蹈是Billie jean。其技巧就在於小腿的放鬆，是以大腿帶動小腿甩動的，可以參照black or white中傑克遜和土著跳的那段舞，大腿甩動要快、有力，小腿每次都彷彿都是撞擊到膝蓋上的，彷彿是彈腿一般，注意Billie jean中的分腿動作，切記放鬆。試著放鬆小腿，以大腿的力量用力甩動，向前50-100次，向旁邊50-100次。
四.各個動作的加速度，用直白的話說，就是讓每個迅捷動作的過程盡量縮短，同時注意定格動作的標准性。還要注意對體力的訓練，一般動作軟在累時會不自然的表現出來。踢腿和轉身都要注意此項訓練。就是對幾個特有的招牌動作加以不斷的練習，從節奏到位置，讓其成為自己的動作，即隨意便能作出。
五.旋轉：旋轉這個技巧有些類似於拉韌帶，首先要掌握旋轉的正確方法，然後就是基本功的練習，可以說這個舞姿是最考驗基本功的了，旋轉的圈數取決於大腿力量，左腳前腳掌耐力，身體在旋轉中的平衡性和協調性，還有就是技巧性。大腿力量(標准蹲馬步3-4分鍾)，左腳前腳掌耐力(右腳懸空靠在左腳內側、左腳腳後跟離地腳趾向上勾，讓鞋底面與地面的接觸面積盡量小。保持一首歌的時間)，平衡性和協調性就要靠多轉來體會了，技巧方面小齊建議大家先不加助動圈，先練直接轉，然後在改進。
六.脖子：側面靠牆讓身體的一個側面完全與牆相貼(腳、腿、胳膊、肩)，努力讓自己的臉向牆靠，每次堅持20秒，反復10次，換邊。兩邊都練完後雙手扶肩對著鏡子試著動動。
七.口型：傑克遜習慣用的幾個口型，咬下嘴唇、撅嘴、咧嘴。
八.打響：指又是一門必修課，注意的是打響指時的甩手動作。
九.手型：慣有手型大家要注意，跳舞時手不是放鬆的，要保持手型，不然會很難看。
十.滑步：滑步的練習要從原地滑步開始練，練時兩只腳都是緊張狀態，要練習每個腳腳尖的抗力程度。
