校本研修是以「以校為本」、「教師即研究者」和「促進教師專業發展」為核心理念的教師專業發展行動。其本源是要從根本上改變教師在「培訓」中的被動地位,突出教師的自主學習和自主發展。主張緊密結合學校和教師實際,以學校為基地開展研修活動,因而對少數民族農村地區的教師隊伍建設更有價值。在對比我國有關學者研究的基礎之上,文章認為:少數民族農村地區開展校本研修的目標應具直接指向性和層次性;培訓內容應具針對性和實效性,內容選擇上應突出課程資源開發的意識和能力、教育教學能力、教育科研能力、教師職業道德修養等四大方面;研修模式應突現靈活性和可操作性,提出自修提高模式、科研驅動模式、網路研修模式等,並對其的操作環節進行細化;支持系統應具共同協作性,校內外的支持系統包括教育行政管理支持、制度支持、文化支持、資金支持、技術支持應共同協作,才能使校本研修得到持續發展;最後,提出評價的有效性問題,對校本研修的評價的主體、內容、評價機構進行闡述並提出急需解決的問題。
