『肆』 舞蹈教程分解动作太难了怎么学
下高清版本,用慢进放分解。由于你是初学，很多动作是不是做起来不顺畅，内这个不容用担心所有人都是这样的。我不知道你学的是什么舞蹈，但是各个舞蹈基本功都很重要，动作是变化的，但是动作是由很多基本动作组成的，基本动作很多是相通的。比如胯部的扭动，胸括的收挺，头的运动，身体的波浪，以及柔韧性训练。也就是每节舞蹈课舞蹈老师开始教动作前20分钟必练的那些看似最简单的东西，练好这些，做出来动作才不会僵硬停顿，不协调。否则就算强行记住了一套动作也跳不好看，换了一套动作又会很痛苦。
如果你真的爱舞蹈就不要急噪，一步一步，有时只是随着music 拉一下韧带都会是一种享受。如果有机会还是要和其他舞者交流。以前我也一个人看视频学，去年我第一次去上了一节健身会所里的舞蹈课，从此每周都被套住了。很多细节的东西只有看到别人真的跳了，才知道是怎么回事情,比如说动作的角度,速度.
