『陆』 机械舞的基本动作
机械舞的基本动作：
一.首先掌握舞蹈最基础步法，这是一种类似于rap步法的脚步——分别以不同脚的脚跟或脚尖交替移步。此步伐要多练，以它可以引申多种步法(像侧滑):向左、向右，来回移动；膝盖打直，或膝盖大幅度弯曲移动；
二.振肩和扭胯：这两个动作大家应该都会只是普遍力度和幅度不够，要不断在这方面加强训练。注意扭胯要和其他动作有机的结合在一起，要有一体感。找一个有固定鼓点的音乐(jam, dangerous……)跟着鼓点夸张50%的做动作，反复1-2首歌每次。
三.甩腿：以其为代表的舞蹈是Billie jean。其技巧就在于小腿的放松，是以大腿带动小腿甩动的，可以参照black or white中杰克逊和土著跳的那段舞，大腿甩动要快、有力，小腿每次都仿佛都是撞击到膝盖上的，仿佛是弹腿一般，注意Billie jean中的分腿动作，切记放松。试着放松小腿，以大腿的力量用力甩动，向前50-100次，向旁边50-100次。
四.各个动作的加速度，用直白的话说，就是让每个迅捷动作的过程尽量缩短，同时注意定格动作的标准性。还要注意对体力的训练，一般动作软在累时会不自然的表现出来。踢腿和转身都要注意此项训练。就是对几个特有的招牌动作加以不断的练习，从节奏到位置，让其成为自己的动作，即随意便能作出。
五.旋转：旋转这个技巧有些类似于拉韧带，首先要掌握旋转的正确方法，然后就是基本功的练习，可以说这个舞姿是最考验基本功的了，旋转的圈数取决于大腿力量，左脚前脚掌耐力，身体在旋转中的平衡性和协调性，还有就是技巧性。大腿力量(标准蹲马步3-4分钟)，左脚前脚掌耐力(右脚悬空靠在左脚内侧、左脚脚后跟离地脚趾向上勾，让鞋底面与地面的接触面积尽量小。保持一首歌的时间)，平衡性和协调性就要靠多转来体会了，技巧方面小齐建议大家先不加助动圈，先练直接转，然后在改进。
六.脖子：侧面靠墙让身体的一个侧面完全与墙相贴(脚、腿、胳膊、肩)，努力让自己的脸向墙靠，每次坚持20秒，反复10次，换边。两边都练完后双手扶肩对着镜子试着动动。
七.口型：杰克逊习惯用的几个口型，咬下嘴唇、撅嘴、咧嘴。
八.打响：指又是一门必修课，注意的是打响指时的甩手动作。
九.手型：惯有手型大家要注意，跳舞时手不是放松的，要保持手型，不然会很难看。
十.滑步：滑步的练习要从原地滑步开始练，练时两只脚都是紧张状态，要练习每个脚脚尖的抗力程度。
