和你分享我的经验。
第一，在家时困了就睡15分钟就起来，这样能保持注意力回最集中，效率最高。再困再答15分。我高考时才悟出此招的高明。你可以一试。
第二，适当的预习，看一遍第二天的课题课例，就会有印象，有印象你的头脑会和老师的讲解有呼应，自然听得进听得更轻松明白。

1，一般问题你要站在出题者的角度，选择最直接的答案，也就是带进问题里很通顺。意义连贯。（把答案带进去，感觉顺利才有可能对，这就是题感，尤其是英语。
2，再分享一招，把书本读薄。一本书知识点全部画下来，能提问的地方也画下来，你会发现知识其实不多，非画线部分其实都没用处。用方块画知识名，横线画知识点。
